The Builders of the Living God Church Inc. was established in the firm belief that God raises up communities of faith in every generation to carry His name and expand His kingdom. In the heart of Cagayan Valley — one of the most culturally rich and historically significant regions of the Philippines — this church was born not simply as an institution, but as a living testimony of God's grace and faithfulness.
We are rooted in the northern reaches of Luzon, in the municipality of Abulug, in the province of Cagayan — a region bounded by the mighty Cagayan River to the south and the wide expanse of the Babuyan Channel to the north. This is our home, and these are our people.
From our earliest days as a congregation, we have committed ourselves to the twin pillars of proclamation and service — declaring the Gospel of Jesus Christ with clarity and power, and demonstrating the love of God through practical acts of compassion and community engagement.
Today, formally recognized by the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Republic of the Philippines as a non-profit, non-stock religious corporation, we continue to grow, mature, and expand our influence — one transformed life at a time.
The church's founding vision was birthed through fervent prayer and a deep conviction that Cagayan Valley needed a congregation fully dedicated to building people on the unshakeable foundation of God's Word. A small group of committed believers gathered under this mandate.
As the Word of God was faithfully preached and hearts began to respond, the congregation grew steadily. Families were united, lives were transformed, and the church established its roots along the National Highway in Calog Sur, Abulug — its permanent home.
The Builders of the Living God Church Inc. was formally registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines under registration number 2021030009514-08, marking a new chapter of institutional accountability and legal recognition.
Today, the church continues to grow in depth and breadth — strengthening its ministries, expanding its community outreach, and raising up new leaders equipped to carry the Gospel to the next generation. The best chapters of our story are yet to be written.
Region II, Cagayan Valley, is a land of extraordinary beauty — framed by the Sierra Madre mountain range to the east, the Cordillera to the west, and the fertile Cagayan River valley at its heart. It is a region of hardworking, deeply faithful people who have long looked to the Church as a pillar of life and community.
The municipality of Abulug, where our church is based, is a coastal community in the northern tip of Cagayan province — a place of both natural beauty and profound spiritual hunger. We consider it a sacred honor to minister in this community and to the surrounding barangays.

Brother Robert Ibe Candido serves as the Chairman of the Builders of the Living God Church Inc., providing visionary spiritual leadership and organizational direction for the congregation and its ministries. His leadership is marked by a deep devotion to God's Word, a shepherd's heart for people, and an unwavering commitment to the mission of the church.
Under his guidance, the church was formally incorporated as a non-profit religious organization with the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines, establishing a clear framework for transparent, accountable, and God-honoring ministry that serves the community with excellence and integrity.
Bro. Robert's vision for the church is rooted in the belief that every person is a builder — called by God to contribute to the construction of something eternal. He leads with the conviction that the church's greatest work is not in buildings, but in building people.
We follow the model of Jesus, who came not to be served, but to serve. Every leader in this church is, first and foremost, a servant of God and His people.
All decisions, directions, and disciplines in our church are evaluated against the clear teaching of the Holy Scriptures. God's Word is our final authority.
We operate with full transparency in our finances, governance, and decision-making, as befitting a registered non-profit organization before God and men.
We are intentional about identifying, mentoring, and releasing new leaders. Every generation must have Spirit-filled, Word-grounded leaders.

The Builders of the Living God Church Inc. is governed in accordance with its corporate by-laws and the requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines. As a non-stock, non-profit religious corporation, our governance structure ensures accountability, transparency, and faithful stewardship of all resources entrusted to the church.
The church is led by a Board of Directors, chaired by Bro. Robert Ibe Candido, which is responsible for the overall spiritual direction, administrative oversight, and ministry strategy of the organization.
Ministry leaders, pastoral staff, and volunteer coordinators work under the direction of the Board to implement programs, deliver services, and fulfill the mission of the church. All financial operations are subject to regular internal review and external audit in accordance with Philippine non-profit law.
